The founders of Lake Effect Foods started this new family business for two purposes: to give people access to great food and to support and mentor young adults with competitive employment skills. The business will start as a catering service with the possibility for future expansion to offer internships and curriculums to students in need. This new brand mark was designed with the possibility of future expansions in mind.
